Territory
Where our crews go
Based at 1100 N Ridge Ave, Lombard, IL 60148, Pro Tech Contractors has served commercial and industrial facilities across Chicagoland and Northern Illinois since 2000. Facility managers, plant engineers, property managers, and general contractors rely on our technicians for rooftop units, air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, booster chilling systems, boilers, refrigeration, ductwork, and building automation systems.
Operating exclusively in commercial and industrial environments, we support active manufacturing plants, warehouses and cold storage, and occupied commercial office and retail buildings. Whether a facility needs around-the-clock emergency troubleshooting, a preventive maintenance contract across more than one building, or a phased equipment retrofit, our field crews handle mechanical service and HVAC controls under the same roof.
Our in-house fabrication shop produces welded vent hoods, industrial ductwork, custom chillers, booster chilling systems, and one-off industrial builds. Having shop fabrication alongside field service lets us solve tight mechanical-room clearances and non-standard process requirements with parts built in our own shop.
